I don't know if it qualifies since it's not exactly a VIP aircraft, but my vote goes to the Netherlands Air Force DC-10.
It's been retired, but when it was still in use it was used for cargo and troup transport. The Netherlands Air Force has two more of these, but they're KDC-10s and in use as tanker aircraft, although they can also haul cargo or troups. Shortly they will be replaced by two A330 MRTT aircraft and that will be the end of the DC-10 in Dutch service.

Gotta say any A340...A340-500 in particular. Not gonna link any photos...I just like them. Especially that Kuwait -500.
