1979 flying SEA-PDX on Braniff 727-200

Braniff went SEA-PDX-DFW, and for a very low airfare one could just buy the first leg. What a delight it was! Do you know how much I would pay today, just to have that experience again? One can dream...

There was a time when you could do that same flight on a NW 747 or NW Dc10. EA also had 727 service.

Yes...but I loved Braniff with their COLORS....on the airplanes. And the unique fabrics of the interior, the dress of the flight attendants; this carrier just had STYLE. Those were great times....
