I am doing some research on two cultural international airline (Pakistan international airline and Singapore airline). I was hoping to get some help with the questionnaire.
The purpose of this survey is to analyse and compare how are airlines such as Singapore Airline and Pakistan International Airline (PIA) adapt to culture for passenger satisfaction. It is a 5 to 15 minute questionnaire. It is okay If you have not flown with either one of those two airlines, you can still answer some of the questions that will be in the questionnaire. To help get better analysis and data. It would be grateful if the survey forwarded on to people who have knowledge regarding the airline mentioned in the study.
