Small Business Airline Contracts?

When I was at a very large corporation we had contracts with certain airlines as any large corporation would. The discounts were quite deep, close to 50% off the regular fare.

Today I have a small company that I founded, a total of 6 employees. We do a lot of flying, mostly domestic, but there are at least 5 or 6 international trips made by at least 2 of us per year. I can't compete with the leverage my ex-employer has with 180,000 employees worldwide, but maybe I am missing something. Some of the international fares have skyrocketed (at least it seems that way for J class) and I was curious if there are any "small business" programs that have been put together either by an airline or Alliance? Or if there is an organization that has pooled many small businesses to create the critical mass required to attract an airline to offer contracts.

It's a fact that an astounding amount of jobs created in the USA have been created by small businesses, I was curious if there are any small business alliances that help provide travel discounts. If not it seems like a great idea and could be a win-win for both small business and airlines (even hotels).

Thanks
