I'm sure I'm nowhere near 100, but I always enjoys making these lists for some reason.

Airbus:
A319, A320-200, A321
A330-200, -300
A340-300
A380-800

Boeing:
717-200 (booked but not yet flown)
737-300, -400, -500, -600, -700, -800, -900
747-400
757-200, -300
767-200, -300
777-200

Bombardier:
CRJ-200, -700

British Aerospace:
BAe-146

Cessna 208

DeHavilland Canada DHC-2 Beaver

Embraer:
EMB-120, ERJ-135, 140, 145, 170, 175

Ford Tri-Motor

McDonnell-Douglas
MD-83, -88, -90

Piper PA-31 Navajo

SAAB 340

So that's 37, soon to be 38.

Congrats! 100 is cool.

I have at least 43 confirmed on flightdiary and that is since I started tracking it 2013 on flight diary. No McDonnell-Douglas planes are listed in flightdiary nor the 747-200 or 767-400 which knew I flew . Also It only list the 737-800 and 737-X not other subtypes. Also doesn't list the wierd airplanes I took in Nepal So I guess easily 70-80 but I am not sure. I should have kept better track and manually should have added airplane types to flight diary.

Interesting fact 13% of my flight are on A-320.

Pulled out of FlightMemory. Up to 144. Only new type on the horizon is a Piper PA-31 Navajo at the end of May.

I think for clarity these sort of lists should indicate "flown on" which indicates you were a passenger "flown" makes it sound like you actually flying the aircraft. Of course if that's what the two posters have done they are correct in using flown. But I have seen so many posts that have used "lflown" and when you read further you discover the poster was a passenger.

Why people examine the specific Airbus or Boeing type (for example Boeing 777-200, 200ER and 200LR), but never detail for Embraer ? For example, 170AR, LR, STD... ?

Поздравления! Congratulations!
I have to ask a question though. Are TU-154B and TU-154M, or BAe-146-200 and RJ-85 really separate types? I generally go on major structural difference, excluding engines (and winglets!). So for example, I would combine those examples above, and aircraft like DC-10-30 and -40 as single type. Otherwise, we have to start splitting aircraft with -ER or -LR versions, or A320 family depending on engines.

For my list, about 137 (if I don't split some types).

Let's see if I can do this from memory...

Boeing 717
Boeing 727
Boeing 737 (everything except the -900)
Boeing 747 (-300, -400)
Boeing 757
Boeing 767 (-300 variants only)
Boeing 777 (-200, -300, and the subtle variations that I am just not that good at looking at)
Airbus a310
Airbus A318
Airbus A319
Airbus a320
Airbus a330 (-200 and -300)
Airbus a340 (-300, -600)
Lockheed L-1011-500
DC-9
MD-80
MD-81
MD-87
MD-88
Ilyushin IL-62M
Canadair RJ200
ERJ170
Saab 340
Jetstream 31
Jetstream 41
DHC Dash 8 (various types/variations)

I am sure I have missed one or two proliners and regional jets but off the top of my head, there we go.

Hi mate,

Thats a good question. I also thought about it. There is no clear definition for the such list. Easiest thing would be type sertificate for the certain model of the aircrat. For example SSJ-100 same as RRJ-95B has a type serificate and RRJ-95LR is just an addition to sertificate of RRJ-95B. But I not a big specialist in EASA or FAA sertificates. So case with Bae-145 and Avro was easy - new plane has the new name, so it is the first point why I count them different. Regarding 154 B and M, as like as 134 A and B - they are clearly different types as they simply look rather different as outside as at cockpit.

But generally it is just a private choice - how to count. :)

Some very cool types in your list - I really want to fly the Yak 52.

FlightMemory states I have flown 179 types. I'm still completing my own Spreadsheet log, so this probably isn't everything:

Looks like Orca Airways going out of business and rebooking pax to Pacific Coastal Airlines gives me a shot at a Beech 1900C later this month. Really hoping they don't put their single 1900D on the route I'm flying, as I already have that variant.

Looks like Orca Airways going out of business and rebooking pax to Pacific Coastal Airlines gives me a shot at a Beech 1900C later this month. Really hoping they don't put their single 1900D on the route I'm flying, as I already have that variant.

This happened to me, so fingers crossed it doesn't happen to you. Ended up not logging the C for another three years when I finally got it in Nepal, last month.
