Wow Air Rez Issues

It seems the online reservations system for WOW Airlines has been down for quite some time. I have tried unsuccessfully to use it several times during the past 24 hours. Sometimes it says they are conducting maintenance on the site - other times you can submit a ticket request and then the system fails. Any news on what is going on - a full day seems awfully long for routine maintenance?

It was working for me this morning, been down all afternoon though.

It maybe has to do with the introduction of the new "Premium" fare and the special sale of this new Premium service for the price of a standard fare...
