Hello All,
Do any of you know how far out AA finalizes it's schedule? I am looking for flights from ATL to FAT/SMF/OAK/SFO (preference in that order) in September, but I noticed only one MD-80 on the ATL-DFW leg. The MD-80 flight lines up with only two options, 1 to SFO and 1 to SMF. Do any of you know if there might be a shift in A/C type if the schedule is not finalized? My goal on this trip is to hopefully catch an MD-80 if I can.

That is too far out. I wouldn't risk it.

AA just finalized the June schedule. Don't depend on any equipment types until at the most two months out.

Good to know! Hopefully they'll have one by that time. What about the UA, and DL schedules?
