Which airport is a hub for the most number of airlines?

My guess is either MAN or LGW.

My bet is Seoul ICN- hub for 9 airlines (Korean, Asiana, Jeju, Jin, FedEx, Polar air cargo, Air Incheon, Air Seoul, Eastar jet) and a focus city for 4 airlines (China Southern, Vietjet, Thai, and Air Angkor Airlines).

looks like PVG actually has more with a hub for 12 airlines and focus city for 1

LAX is a hub for all the US3, AS and arguably WN, and is a large station for NK and G4 to boot.

The answer is very different depending whether you combine affiliated carriers.
