AA 777-200 Premium Economy

Does the last row of Premium Economy (row 15) on the 777 have the same recline as the other two rows?

I'm sorry that this isn't a first hand account in 15, but I flew in PE a week ago in row 14, and it appeared from the naked eye row 15 could recline the same. Neither was all that far in my opinion. However, again I wasn't actually in row 15 so that's just a judgement from observation. The space between 15 and main cabin wall divider seems to be decent enough for the same recline.

My neighbor is an AA F/A who just worked AA61 between DFW-NRT in the new configuration.
She personally tested row 15 and it does recline as with the other rows in PE. She says that PE got the right attention to detail so now seat, food, service etc is a notch above and she hopes you enjoy the flight.
She in particular said the food is almost business class standard on china and they (crew) are happy to see improvements in meal services in all classes. She personally recommends the red wine and any and every dessert offered in PE. Wine and dessert. What could be wrong with that?
Safe travels and enjoy your trip.
