Air Koryo is currently using only Tu204-100, Tu204-300 and An-148 for any flights. The Tu154, Tu134 and Il62 are currently not in operation, at least not for scheduled passenger transport.

I've been in North Korea in October and I've talked about that with our tour guides about that. They told me, that only the Tu204 and the An-148 are on scheduled services. They were in fact quite good informed about aviation, they even told me, they sometimes have spotter groups coming to North Korea just to fly and photograph the old Soviet airplanes.

IIRC they only use CRJ (-200). Maybe the YAK-40 is just a back-up now.

Yes there is a British tour company that has made a niche for itself, offering various tours to North Korea. One of the Things they are offering anually has been a so called aviation entusiast tour. Basically you travel to North Korea via China and pay to fly various joyrides on old Soviet planes, including Air Koryo Tu-134, Tu-154, Tu-204, Il-18, Il-62, Mi-8, An-24, An-148. It's about a week where the focus is aviation, but it also includes sighseeing in North Korea, With guides following you around every step you take. I don't know if they are offering it this year.

It seems HY is not flying Il-114 anymore
Severstal yes, is flying Yak-40 on the only route CEE-VUS. They only have 1 airframe, on rare occasions can be used as back-up of CRJ

As I already mentioned, Tu154, Tu134 and Il62 ARE in operation. Apart from Aviation tours they might be used domestically (although mainly An-24 and Il-18 are used) or as back-up on VVO route (they can't fly to China, but can fly to Russia). However it is totally unpredictable.
