I am writing this message in connection with a series of academic research surveys to understand travellers' perceptions of using Mobile apps whilst travelling.
These academic research survey is conducted by the University of Cote d’azur, France. The purpose of this survey is to understand how international travellers perceive the values of mobile apps . Furthermore, this study will also examine, which factors influence the traveller’s perceived value and how it leverages the brand image, satisfaction and loyalty of travellers.

I did the survey (BTW, OP I would suggest changing the thread title to include the ask of a survey).
Anyway, totally agree that airlines with bad-to-mediocre apps lose a lot in my mind.
I normally travel UA for business (based near EWR) and find their app very user friendly. Anytime I go to Europe, whether for work or leisure, and take one of their Star partners I find myself frustrated to no end - especially LX recently.
