Advice: Chase Ultimate Rewards SFO-NBO

I'm attending a wedding next April 2018 in Nairobi, Kenya (NBO), and I'd like to use my Chase Ultimate Rewards points to book the round-trip ticket. I may book in business class on the outbound and economy class for the return although I haven't yet decided. Does anyone have advice about how best to use these points for this itinerary? I have an existing 70k miles on UA, so I'm leaning towards booking TK award tickets on the UA website by combining my UA miles with the Chase points. I could also consider LX, but the itineraries are not as efficient (TK has the shortest elapsed time with efficient connections in IST). Thanks for your help!

I would definitely transfer your miles to UA. booking with Chase won't get you very far in a premium cabin.
