4x/weekly PDX-FRA on DE has been such a success it wouldn't surprise me to now see PDX-MUC on the days SEA-MUC doesn't operate.

Through gateways in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Portland, San Diego, Seattle, and Vancouver, Mileage Plan™ members can travel to Germany and connect to over 60 destinations throughout Europe.

I had no idea Condor was that large of an airline. Wow

Great news for me as a loyal AS MVP Gold member. I am based in PDX and frequently fly internationally.... the loss of the DL partnership has been pretty bad. Joining DL's program is a nonstarter as it's probably the worst loyalty program out there. The Icelandiar partnership has been helpful, as will this one. Now if we could only get BA to fly to PDX....

I'm surprised that they don't use all their cities shared with Condor. Seems pointless to travel halfway west across the country just to fly to Europe.
Remind me to send a thank you note to Mr. Boeing.

Great! AS is lacking a bit in Europe partners from SEA now that DL is divorced. The BA frequent flier redemption is such a joke I don't even consider them much of a partner.

I don't get how this got moved to Travel Polls & Preferences. It's a topic about a factual based development in the civil aviation industry. Not much poll or preference here.

Going to Germany in May with Condor. Direct Anchorage - Frankfurt.

Originally chose the flight for convenience, very excited that I can now earn Alaska Airline miles as well. Booked in premium economy it appears on the surface I may earn 125% mile accrual.
