Skyscanner, momondo, Trivago, etc... What do you think?

Sun Mar 19, 2017 2:37 pm

I'm sure the vast majority of you have flown by air and purchase those tickets on the Internet! Why not share some relevant information as part of my research project on value being perceived in different online platforms that sell airline tickets in order to understand the customer purchasing behaviour and identify ways to improve and enhance such experience in the future.
This questionnaire is part of my final year research project in Airline and Airport Management at Buckinghamshire New University and I would greatly appreciate 5 minutes of your time!
Thank You!

I've completed it for you.

I am currently in my final year at University and know how difficult it can be to achieve the necessary response rates!

I would love to see you results once you have finished your data collection?

Done. Just waiting for the outrage about the last question. "What does my ethnicity have to do with anything? This is racist! we are all the same! Skin colour does not matter!!!" :D

Yes I know, I admit that the ethnicity is actually irrelevant for this research!
Apologise in advance and hope that does not influence with the responses :)

Ethnicity is a question that is regularly asked in on-line surveys.... It is nothing to do with rascism.... Age and gender is also asked... so is that ageist or sexist?

I've noticed recently on on-line surveys they are now tending to ask, "Male", "Female", "Other" and "Not willing to Answer" on gender.

Hello Airliners community!

The survey will be available until tomorrow 31st March 2017 and it will be then taken down.
I will happily share the results with you, though will be around mid April/beginning of May when I'll finish with the analysis of the information shared by you!

Once again thank you very much for the high number of responses! I am extremely grateful with you all! Thank you :)
