As it starts in 1990 the 737MAX and A320neo seem a bit odd to me. For long range you've provided year numbers, but for the rest you didn't. Maybe you should.

For now I've looked up the first year of availability for each listed aircraft and expanded the list a bit.

Regional props:
ATR 42 (1985)

Fokker F-50 (1987)
Saab 340 (1983)

Saab 2000 (1994)

Re: Create your own airline 4

I'm not sure if this counts, but let's imagine that Pan Am somehow survives past 1991, narrowly avoiding its true fate. It downsizes significantly internationally, expands domestically, and cost-cuts several aspects of their inflight service (i.e. no free meals on flights under four hours, decreased legroom, and downsizing of premium cabins, moving to a two-class configuration). This leaves Pan Am creeping into LCC territory, garnering it some pretty bad press, with many mocking the airline whose name was once synonymous with glamour and luxury for behaving like the likes of Valujet and PeoplExpress. However, with the economic upswing of the 90's, Pan Am is able to gain back some of what it lost, placing orders for 747-400's and finally taking delivery of their A320's, which they had previously deferred delivery of. They narrowly make it through the post 9/11 downturn, but are able to claw their way back and place orders for 8 747-8's, the only US passenger airline to do so. They also become the US launch customer for the A350.

Fleet (In 1994):
90 727-200's
12 A330-B4's
5 A310-200's
5 A310-200's
8 747-200's (kept around mainly due to the how bad it would look if the carrier which essentially 'made' the 747 was forced to get rid of it)

Fleet in 2015:
18 747-400's
8 747-8's
20 787-9's
26 A350-900's
97 737-800's
50 A320's
22 A321's

Hubs:
Miami
New York (added back in late 90's, after having been abandoned earlier)
Destinations: Domestically, mostly major cities, a few smaller services within Florida and the Northeast. Internationally, routes to major capitals and larger cities in Europe and South America. Rumor has it that Pan Am might be getting back into Asia once it receives their A350's and may shift some of the 747-8's there.

Livery: In 2008, Pan Am modernized the old billboard scheme, enlarging the globe on the tail and painting the lower part of the aircraft blue.

Frequent Flyer Program: WorldPass
Type: distance-based (awarding miles on distance flown rather than how much one paid)
Status levels: GoldPass (110,000 EQM's) SilverPass (50,000 EQM's), BronzePass (25,000 EQM's)

Alliance: none

Get ready for the most unrealistic airline ever! If I name all the destinations this page will be flooded so I won't!

1. United Kingdom Airways

2. Major

3. Fleet in 1990:
Airbus A320
Airbus A340-300 (massive fleet, like 100)
Boeing 747-400

Fleet in 2017:
A320neo (x2)
Airbus A330-300 (x15, for some TATL)
Airbus A340-300 (x52, for high capacity short haul/low capacity long haul)
Airbus A380 (x13)
Boeing 737-700/800/900ER (x275, short/medium haul)
Boeing 747-400/8i (x30)
Boeing 777-200LR/300ER (x100, -200LR for missions in Australia and NZ)
Boeing 787-8/9 (x40)
On order:

B777-300ER (x5)
B788/9/10 (x30 for A340 replacement)

Fleet in 2040, assuming no new aircraft are introduced or if current options are out of production:
Airbus A319/20/21/21LR neo (x300)
Airbus A350-900/1000 (x120, A330/77W and early 787 replacement)
Boeing 777-8 (x20, 77L replacement)
Boeing 777-9 (x40, A380/748 replacement)
Boeing 787-8/9/10 (x50)

4. LHR (assuming it's possible, yes I know it's not) but I'm going to say which regions get what aircraft as of 2017 instead of destinations:
US: A330 and some 787/77W/747/A380
Canada: 787
Central America: A330/77W
South America: A330/77W/787
Western Europe: 737, daily A340 to Paris, Nice, Marseille and various Spanish cities. Some 737s there too

Eastern Europe: 737, daily A340 to Moscow and LED and 737s there too
North Africa: 737, A340 and 748 to CAI
Central and Western Africa: 737, A340 and some 747s and 77Ws
Southern and Eastern Africa: 77W, A340, 748 and A380 to JNB.
Middle East: Anything except 787 (A380 to Jeddah and 748 to DXB)
Asia: Anything (SIN is all 747/A380)
Australia/NZ: All 77L except Auckland and Wellington with a 77W. Auckland has a stopover in Hong Kong while Wellington has a stopover at Singapore. Christchurch has a 77L service with a stopover at Sydney.
Also Asmara and Paris have an A320neo service.

5. GlobeConnect miles
Based on price paid.
Tiers:
GlobeConnect White (75k miles)
GlobeConnect Blue (125k miles)
GlobeConnect Red (500k miles)
Notice how these colours are in the Union Jack?

Re: Create your own airline 4

I thought about the idea of a Texas-regional airline that flies to a lot of under-served markets, something like Silver Airways. I'd call it "Bluebonnet Express", with bases in Dallas and Houston, and focus cities in Austin and San Antonio. Callsign Bluebonnet, ..... although I think "Alamo" may be an even cooler callsign, except I don't think it'd be good for an airline called "Bluebonnet", based in a city that isn't necessarily San Antonio. Maybe "Dillo", although I think I'd want the name to be a little more directly relevant to the airline than to the state.

I'd fly EMB120s for the really thin routes (like Angelo-Austin), and perhaps e145s for the bigger ones, or instead e170/190s within the Texas-Triangle.

1. Bluebonnet Express

2. Regional

3. Thin routes: EMB120
Medium/high density: e170, e190

4. DFW, IAH, AUS, SAT

I have a map I created with all the routes for each type, I'll post it later if I remember.

5. Lone Star Awards

6. None, preferably codesharing with American or United

The idea (though now unpopular) is an airline that serves a lot of under-served/unserved cities in Texas to the big cities (like Great Lakes). Codesharing with American and/or United would enable someone from say Lufkin to avoid the drive to DFW or IAH, and connect to anywhere in the US or the world from there. Or maybe just to fly from San Angelo to Austin. It would also be convenient to go through TSA at a smaller airport than to have to deal with it after the drive. I'm not sure if this concept would really survive on its own without some sort of EAS subsidies (yeah yeah, moocher express!).
