From my experience, European domestic service can range from very poor to very high. All of the regional airliners have had great service and anything larger than a CRJ has been horrible.

I'll be flying on BA from London Gatwick to Edinburgh and back. What kind of service can I expect? Both flights are on 737s.

Hi

My expirience with SAS has always been good. Maerskair has also good service.

Havig said that, one has to considerate that domestic flight in Denmak is very short-termed (Denmark is only approx. 300 x 300 km wide!) that sets the time for service to a limit!

But all in all these two airlines has a good reputation.

I can't say BA's among the best because there are so many airlines I haven't flown with but they're AMONG the best I have flown with. Let me put this way, I've experienced some as good and some much worse within the UK and Europe.

And if you've got the time and the inclination, L1011, someone might even buy you a pint in Edinburgh.
