Not bad at all! Very similar to X-ray Mega Airport in Frankfurt. Great stuff.

This was a very good programme - nice to see something a little different in an aviation documentary, focusing on cold weather operations, baggage handling, fuel storage and airport design. I learned a lot from it, very interesting show.

Why did the Yakustk ground crew only warm-wrap the main gear of that Aeroflot 737 and, apparently, not the nose gear? Mention was made of at minus 40C 'the tyres will get brittle'. So... nose gear tyres don't?

they didn't warm them up, they kept the warm in. They used the heat in the brakes to heat the tyres and as there are no brakes on the nose gear they would be insulating the cold against the cold.
