Well that's good news, although with Russians not going to Sharm or Turkey currently, I wonder how many Rossiya really have a need for.

There's always the Caribbean, why not start flights to Curacao?

I do like the idea of consolidating some of the subsidiaries into one, so that simplifies things a bit. Also, very glad they will use VKO as a base. I personally think VKO is far superior to DME any day of the week.

But this is a huge blow for DME. First losing Transaero and now the rest of the gang. Makes me wonder what the airport administration will do in regards to the new terminal construction that is already underway. Too late to replan, though.

Slide 12 indicates 20 more aircraft from the fleet are being negotiated, in addition to the widebodies and 10 737s.

The 737s are supposed to join the fleet of Pobeda which is also set to expand rapidly

How cool is that... Rossiya has just phased out its three 767s in Spring 2015 and now they will get this type again.

Yes and no. those 3 767s never left the Aeroflot Group. They were taken out of Rossiya to be put into Royal Flight (another charter airline to be set up by Aeroflot). Now it seems all charter companies will be folded into Rossiya so those 3 767s will be doing full circle back to Rossiya. Not to mention the 5x Transaero 767s that Rossiya will be taking which will probably include ex-Aeroflot ones. talking about full circle!

Royal Flight with 767s? Never heard, never seen. Afaik they have only B757-200s and a single 737-800.
Royal Flight belongs to Aeroflot? Afaik they belongs to Abakan-Avia (http://www.aeroflot.ru/cms/en/about/subsidiaries)
And the three former Rossiya 767s were owned by ILFC (AerCap)

I thought that 737s had been grounded by the Russian government as being 'unsafe'?

LOL, no, never happened. Rosaviatsia never has given such order, instead this was done by some International Aviation comitee, which has issued this order. But it actually had zero effectivity as Rosaviatsia is the only organisation which can issue such order.

News on this topic.

It now seems Rossiya will not take up the last ten of the ex-Transaero planes first said in the deal. This includes five ex-Transaero 767 and five 747. They are still to receive two more 747 though, as these are at this moment in preparation to be transferred, but these seem to be the last of fourteen jets.

Reason for this seems to be that the last ten are in need of some unprofitable repairs, according to the lessors.
