For most airlines, it's always "/enter name here/ airlines orders n aircraft"
For China, it's "China orders...."
No private companies/ national carriers mentioned
Just the state name.

Why bother with the name of the airline. They are all state owned except for HU. As far as I'm concerned, they are all one and the same.

As in al of China orders the details are scarce, do we know the engines?, the types, who will get what?, they will be used in such and such ?
Anyways HUGE order, and I bet they got a great price and the details will be worked out in the rest of the year... and I was so happy for Boeing, for getting the El Al order....

Technically no, as China ensures both OEMs receive orders for political and economic reasons.

China placed a USD 38 billion order for 300 frames on September 30th (though a significant number of that 300 had been previously ordered as UFOs).

I agree, but I often wonder why the carriers aren't more similar. The aircraft appointments, i.e. seats, design and experience is different aboard all of the chinese carriers. CA, CZ, MU, etc. all feel very different for carriers that are essentially all under the same "holding company" of the Chinese government.
