I'm loving the bigger size of the 787-10......it looks well proportioned

According to Planespotters.net, a quarter of ANA's 787 fleet (9/36 aircraft) is currently grounded in Haneda. Is this information correct? Why is that? Sorry if this has already been discussed here.

ANA is in the process of refurbishing all of their Trent 1000 engines due to blade corrosion and cracking issues. So some of these frames could be out of service for that.

They're correct. It's due to the engine problems. I think that was discussed in another thread somewhere.

The first 2 are LN726 and LN781. We should see them start assembly hopefully next year.

ANA have 62 787 aircraft not 32 so it’s no where near a quarter of the fleet, they also have less than 9 out of service.

Indeed i'm wrong, sorry, it's 9/62. The 9 comes from planespotters. I didn't check further.

The plane is no longer N28MS. It is now 2-DEER and part of HNA Group subsidiary Deer Jet's fleet. With enough money feel free to charter a trip with it: https://www.geekwire.com/2017/deer-jet- ... reamliner/

2-DEER was at the Dubai Airshow, Deer Jet told the press there again that they will get a 2nd 787 in 2018. it's even currently in completion.

https://www.flightglobal.com/news/artic ... ut-443165/

Does anyone known which one they will get?

I am planning to attend the Everett tour in early December, there's no chance of seeing a BG tail by any chance then?

First the aircraft deliveries of Jet Airways had been deferred to 2017, now it has been deferred to God knows when, does anyone have an idea that when the First Jet Airways 787-9 will be built? Do they have a LN assigned?

In the 2016 they already deferred their 1st delivery to 2019, and this year it was reported that they deferred even further into the future without mentioning a specific year. I doubt we will see the 1st Jet Airways 787 before 2020.

Lufthansa Technik has secured its first 787 VIP customer.

LHT will also announce at the show today that it has secured its first contract for a Boeing BBJ 787-8 cabin completion. The green airliner is scheduled for delivery in Hamburg during the second half of 2018, and will be handed over to its undisclosed customer about 15 months later, says Timm.

Could be LN19, which is ready for delivery. Or LN17 (ex Chrystal Air, remarketed by Cabot Aviation) or LN315 (Privatair, legal dispute with Boeing) have found a new home.

Makes you wonder even more which LN nr is destined for Somon Air, to be delivered Q1 2018.

LN19 was ferried to Mosses Lake (same place where LN11 is) since November 3rd . I believe it will be outfitted there as Korean Air BBJ nears completion

Any word on what's holding up contractual delivery of LN 19 (for VIP operator RTX)? It's already been ferried to MWH for outfitting.

Once it's delivered, Boeing will finally have closed the book on the disastrous early years of 787 production.
