What do you think about Reno Air and it's service?

I flew on Reno Air last summer from SEA to ANC and back and I thought its service was very good. The only thing I didn't like was the reservation agent told me they don't serve meals, so I ate a big meal in the airport before I boarded. Soon after takeoff they served a light lunch and I was too full to eat much of it. Why didn't the reservation agent know about this?

Reno Air contracts all of their services at ANC. I have found ground personel at airlines that do this less then helpful sometime. For those of you transiting Anchorage and worried about meals here is a piece of advice. Get a deli sandwich to eat on the flight. Get a cab and go down to the Carrs Grocery down on Minnesota and Northern Lights. They have a pretty good deli down at that store. And it will probably cost less total then at the scarf and barf in the airport.
