Grumman G-21 Goose

Sat Dec 26, 1998 12:35 pm

OK I have one of the questions that have really been bothering me for some time. It is kind of in the same question as,"Who closes the door when the bus driver leaves?" or "Why do they call them apartments when they are so close together?" I've lost sleep over both of those but this one really bothers me.

If a Grumman G-21 Goose is parked on a ramp and another one pulls up do you have a pair of Gooses or do you have a pair of Geese

I think they're Gooses - just as a pair of computer input devices are Mouses not Mice.
