Hey, have no news here, but we can all speculate right?
With the arrival of 789s and 359s and the opening of the new airport, we might see all of that within a few years; Detroit, Seattle, Dallas, Newark... and even maybe Denver, Orlando, Phoenix, Las Vegas...
Besides North and South America, TK's hands are tied to use these Long Haul planes with destinations in Canada, China, India, and to some extent Australia with bilaterals and mere economics. Europe, Mid East, N. Africa, Asia are already getting wide bodies. They will see some frequency increases but most of the 789/359 and the 333/332s they substitute will end up in the Americas, IMHO.
