As a longtime reader of Skyliner, that really means nothing to me. They are extremely eager to say part out/scrap (as they have said with every DL MD-90 parked so far, though there is insistence they are parked while engine overhauls are happening).
There's a big MRO in Tampa, not a place where scrapping typically happens oi I'll be convince of its fate when we see parts getting chopped out.
