It looks like the Seasonal TPA reduction is happening two months early this year, most likely due to the MAX cuts. BWI will be up to 4X frequency at the end of July as mentioned, and TPA will be back in the fall.
There is significant runway construction scheduled for this summer at ROC, including a period of time when 4/22 will be closed completely. But I was under the impression it was scheduled for later in the summer (e.g. August)
Can you elaborate more? What is involved in the runway construction? Is there a link which talks about this??
