This consortium lacks airport management experience
Financial opacity
Close links with the Chinese authorities
The Agence des Participations de l'Etat, the French government body in charge of selling shares of public companies never consulted with any other parties involved (Airbus, DGAC and the Inter-ministerial delegate for economic intelligence and Treasury sub-director in charge of the analysis of strategic investments led by foreigners in France!
And cherry on the cake: "the shareholders have decided to pay 27 million euros in dividends, of which nearly two-thirds (16.5 million euros) were taken from the reserves of the company that does not generate enough profits to satisfy this thirst for cash".
This raises major concerns as Paris Aeroport is next to be privatised.
