On a wet lease agreement I'm assuming the regular maintenance of the aircraft in this case would be SU's responsibility is that correct?

It is quite common to use evacuation slides in a gear up landing...especially with the risk of fire to the undercarriage or with engines contacting the pavement.

I would assume that the maintenance is done by Onur Air themselves. The frames Saudia leases from Air Atlanta Icelandic are maintained by Air Atlanta, they have Icelandic mechanics in Saudi Arabia.
I think we should wait for the accident report, before blame is attached to the way this frame was serviced.

Why does it always happen, so it seems, in Saudia Arabia?!
Remember Saudi MD90 HZ-APW at Riyadh on May 8th 2009, the left main gear collapsed after runway excursion; Saudi/Onur A306 TC-OAG at Jeddah on May 1st 2012, landed without nose gear or Saudi/Orient Thai B763 HS-BKE at Madinah on Jan 5th 2014, right main gear up landing...
