Effective 28 Oct. AZ will deploy its 382-seat 77W on two of its seven weekly FCO-EZE flights. Remaining five will continue to be flown with the 77E.
EZE had been scheduled (together with JFK) to be the first stations to receive 77W flights, but delays in introducing the type to the fleet meant that when it did finally enter service it was deployed to GRU instead.
It appears GRU & EZE will share the AZ 77W from October onwards.

Right now, that 77W is exclusively on JFK. Are there any plans to introduce a second 77W to the fleet?

Nope - and a 77E is currently stored (as per news on 777 retiring / scrapping thread).
