Avianca to suspend ATR flights within Colombia

Article below suggests Avianca will cease to operate ATR fleet within Colombia and will transfer them to its Argentinan subsidiary

During the pilot strike many destinations were upgraded to larger planes (with fewer daily flights), but still carried same number of passengers.

Did not know this was being planned. Their goal is to have the fleet out of Colombia by may 31st

Does this mean AV will suspend its flights to Manizales?

I think someone in here also mentioned before that ATR fleet suffer from severe payload restrictions due to the high altitude while operating within Colombia?
