* Effective 6/11/18 LATAM will fly daily between Tucuman TUC and its hub in LIM. Currently, the flight operates 4x w with the A320. Operated by LATAM Peru.
* Effective 1/19, LATAM will add 2 weekly frequencies between Tucuman TUC and its hub in SCL. Currently the flight operates 3x w with the A320. Operated both by LATAM Brasil and LATAM Chile.

LATAM will significantly increase capacity on its LIM-SLA-LIM flights. Operated by LATAM Peru, the flight currently operates 3x w. Effective July the flight goes to 6x w and effective Nov 6. the flight goes to daily service, operated with the A320. This means that the two largest cites in Argentina's NW region, Salta and Tucuman, will both have daily LATAM service to the Lima hub. SLA and TUC are separated by only 139 miles.

Eff April, LATAM increases SCL-ROS to daily service with A321/A320. Operated both by LATAM Chile and LATAM Brasil, depending on the day. JJ uses the A321 on the route, LA the A320.

Due to high demand, LIM-TUC-LIM daily service has been moved forward to 1/7/18 from the originally planned date 6/11/18.

All the frequencies of the Argentinian/Panamanian Bilateral are already in use, and it was just expanded last year. But if it is renegotiated again, I can see CM flying to TUC and/or SLA as CM talked with the authorities of both last week.

Perhaps they do not wish to see Norwegian strip away what business they have. Argentina is a funny funny place, another greatly mismanaged and corrupt country (shocking). Look at the state of their national airline! With that said, I still like visiting the country.
