This could arguably be the most significant addition to SYR since B6 which was like 15 or so years ago. Sorry its not WN with 8 daily flights, but that's never going to happen
Re my expectations, you may well have a point. I won't argue your first two questions. As for your third question, I recall N/S SYR-SJU circa 1990-1991 on AA and N/S SYR-LAS on Trans Meridian in the mid 2000s. Perhaps there are others I don't recall. I'm just frustrated that the most recent hype by SYR culminated in such an underwhelming announcement.
