Guessing it has something to do with sea freight routes dominating their distribution network -- more east/west than north/south movement.

I don’t have the bids in front of me, but there are numerous tweaks. SEA gets a new route or two, I know that. I’ll dig through and see if I can spot any other obvious changes, but there are definitely some coming in the next few days.

Curious if there's any changes to PVD. Currently 2 flights daily, Atlas ONT-PVD and ABX CVG-PVD. Hasn't been an ATI flight since January.

Well, candidly I'm just following Atlas, Kalitta and CAM, kind of an outgrowth of following Prime Air.
At Kalitta, I don't really know their plans, but 760CK, 761CK, and 762CK were already done, then 763CK was delivered from MEX on 3/4/18. 764CK is down there being converted; figure completion sometime in June. So that's two in 2018 for sure. There is one more frame that Connie has stored which could certainly be done this year if he wants to, and there are rumours that he's acquiring others, but that's all I know.
At Atlas, 1427A was just delivered from BCF conversion in TPE, the first one of 2018. There are six more in conversion at TLV, TPE and QPG, all of which will be done in 2018. There is also one (1499A) that should be going for conversion soonish. So that's seven to do, plus one just done, which makes 8 for Atlas in 2018 for sure. As noted in this thread, Atlas has reserved 4 additional "A" numbers beyond the known conversions, but no confirmation of what to make of that.
CAM put 379CX in service with Northern Air Cargo on 2/8.
387AM arrived back in ILN from paint on 3/18/18. It's going to Amerijet, I believe, but not like immediately, and it should get a renumber before going into service.
7375A should be coming back to ILN from paint today (3/30/18). Can't confirm where it's going.
376AN, 374AA, 377AN, and 383AN are all at TLV being converted. All will certainly be complete in 2018.
369AA is at ILN waiting to go over to TLV, presumably when 376AN comes back, which should be soon-ish.
I also think we will see CAM send 380AN and 373AA for conversion this year.
So...that's 3 so far converted in 2018, with 5 more for sure and I think 2 more expected. So that would be 10 for CAM in 2018.

Hi, Whip. MIssed you.
No, as you know, of course they don't fly for Amazon. But in following Amazon's Fleet Growth -- the title of this thread -- I became interested in what the volume and potential throughput is at the conversion houses. IAI/Bedek opened an expansion line at MEX because of the significant volume at TLV from primarily CAM and Titan/Andromeda, and its first, second and third conversions have all been for Kalitta, so I paid attention to it. Moreover, CAM, Kalitta, and Titan/Andromeda have been the primary converters of 767s for US operations in the past two years, so it's of interest. And that interest grew out of following Amazon's fleet growth. If some other US carrier/lessor gets into the 767-300 conversion game in a significant way, I will probably end up learning about them too.
