Another B763F has been converted at TLV:

Boeing 767‑319(F) 26915 574 N382CM Cargo Aircraft Management re-delivery 25 December 2018 TLV-SNN after freighter conversion, old N-reg, ex-N930WE

It was still wearing N930WE when it landed in CVG today.

Not criticizing, just observing. It seems like some of these number changes are taking a long time to implement, hence my observation. For example, 376AN is supposed to become 344CM, but it is still flying as the former despite having been delivered from conversion over 7 months ago.

I'd imagine the UIA frame taken up by Azur Air since the 767's Azur usually receive are delivered from Turkey after maintenance and cabin refurbishment.
