This relates to aircraft swap with the 7HD conversion program. The aircraft will swap in HND so a 772 will fly the MSP-HND flight and a 7HD will fly the HND-MSP return flight. The 772 will then continue on a ferry flight to SIN.

should have said "maintenance entry". Flightstar Aircraft Services has an MRO facility there which has some expertise with the 763, most recently with United and Fedex.

IIRC the goal is to have 3 or 4 done by the summer, with the ER fleet completely finished, so that LAX-SYD can go to the new cabin.
The rest will be done after S19.
