I am looking at an internal United program called Concourse Manager. I "see" it (A/C 1001) sitting on parking spot HA1 in front of a hangar at IAD. It is not routed and there is no maintenance being performed on it. They have not set up a maintenance shift turn-over page for the induction process yet.
Concourse Manager gives you a visual representation of where each United airplane is located at various airports. It also gives you routing and maintenance information.
It would be nice if that program were accessible to we mere UA Passenger Service people... via SSD or such. But I doubt it. I might ask someone in Ops about it though.
