Both routes are currently operated by Hop. Neither has any other year round services.
Both Aurillac and Castres have had summer seasonal routes to Corsica and Ibiza in the past but these do not seem to be on sale for summer 2019
There have been noises in the French Govt to suggest cutting the amount of state subsidy to airlines / airports to reduce spending by the Govt.

Lannion and Perigueux have both lost their sole PSO routes to Paris and now no longer have any commercial passenger services.
The Agen-Paris PSO route expires on 06-Jan-2019. A request for bids was issued in July with a deadline of almost 10 weeks ago; I cannot find any news reports indicating a new PSO has been signed yet
Chateauroux had very few routes this year. The (subsidised ?) Chateauroux-London route was a commercial disaster. It is not yet clear if there will be commercial passenger service in 2019
Avignon is reliant solely on Flybe - who propose 1 flight per week to each of Birmingham and Southampton from 25-May to 31-Aug. Flybe are currently having serious financial troubles and urgently seeking another company to take them over
