Here are the estimated load factors for the foreign carriers at DFW for August 2017. Interjet stands out again for struggling, barely filling half their available seats. The DFW route clearly calls for the smaller Sukhoi SSJ-100 rather than the 150 seat Airbus A320... perhaps there is not enough frames available? Or are there cargo considerations? Obviously the Avianca numbers are off, they must have snuck in a few A319/320s but I don't know how many or their seats on each, so I wouldn't put much stock in their numbers, hence the strikethrough.
British Airways ran 28 flights, including four on Boeing 787 frames, the first time those have appeared at DFW. As for Cayman Airlines, who knows. Six flights and 35% of the seats filled. Same story for those guys. WestJet seems to have finally figured out which aircraft works best for DFW-YYC - the 737-600.
