"It's hardly stunning, then, that when 70-year-old Eric Miller and his 25-year-old daughter Whitney finally got on their Frontier Airlines flight from Orlando to St. Louis, they weren't in the best of moods."

"Their version, as told to News 6 in Orlando, is that they commented to each other, quietly and privately, on how miserable the Flight Attendants looked.
Which is nothing compared to how they say those Flight Attendants made them feel."

"The Millers say that a Flight Attendant stood behind them and overheard their conversation."

"Next, they say they were confronted by several Flight Attendants, one of whom demanded: "Do we have a problem?"
Another question went: "Do you want to be removed from the aircraft?"
And they were."

It's that time again for the John Q public Vs. the Flight attendants and what was actually said that got them tossed off a flight.
This time an 8 hour delayed MCO-STL flight operated by Frontier

28" seat pitch? Check.
Lowly paid FA's? Check.
8-hour delay from an airline notorious for minimal customer service? Check.
Nickeled and dimed by the airline for everything including paying them to load your own bag into the overhead bin? Check.
Media looking for any excuse to slam the airlines? Check

And folks are wondering why there are more of these incidents?

But when you go on F9, you shouldn't expect more. Iv seriously considered flying that route multiple times and if you book it on time you can get a seat any day of the week non holiday for between $18-34 maybe sometimes 59
