With the Hobby FIS only recently completed, I have to wonder if this was the first commercial passenger flight arriving from Europe at HOU since 1969...

Do they have CBP personnel on hand for such events? otherwise they're busing in agents from iah to do processing?

HOU has scheduled international flights on WN. A UA 763 does not hold many more passengers than a WN 738.

I bet they do. OGG is shorter. LIH is shorter too and is now getting 767s, although I'm not sure if UA sends 767s there.
