Thanks for this post, interesting video. That Thomas Cook A321 at around 5:05 looked pretty close to a tail strike, but could've been an optical illusion, runway isn't very flat at BHX.
Probably a Flaps 3 landing, which is the preferred setting for a gusty approach as you carry bit more energy/less drag so less sensitive to sudden gusts and you have better go around performance as well.
Approach speed, depending on the weight, probably around the 145-150kts.
