A little dramatic, don't you think? Any employer the size of Southwest will, unfortunately, have racial issues from time to time. Investigating complaints is the correct first step.

Firstly this is a mere 2 out of many more black employees. Secondly this is what they mi8ght tell you.
I don't know whether these complaints are valid or not but I do know that a mere sample of 2 is ludicrous as a defense against such allegations.
