Small aircraft has brake failure, inverted after crash in Auckland

A light aircraft reportedly had brake failure that caused it to crash and flip over. The sole pilot has been taken to a hospital amidst reports of back pain. When asked why he crashed, the pilot reportedly stated, "Because I was inverted." (Sorry guys, I had to say it)
