The airline made the announcement Monday that it would offer the first international flight out of BWI to Cancun International Airport beginning Nov. 9. Baltimore is one of two cities to get flights to Cancun, with flights out of Chicago O’Hare Airport also starting in November.

No kidding. Look at the holidays and spring break. WN runs multiple daily from MDW, AA is 3 or 4 times a day, and UA goes crazy on Saturday's (seen up to 7 in peak season). Even on weekdays UA is 3 daily.

ORD-CUN will be a tough go, but F9 is on it, and I think NK can kick F9 off. There's certainly the passengers because UA is operating it 6x some days in the early spring. Pre-merger the most frequency UA ever operated was 2x-3x.
BWI should be a slam dunk. Only competition from BWI is WN and Apple Charter. IAD only has UA and 1x weekly DL.
