BA also do A380 heavy checks in SIN, not everything is in-house these days.

TCX69K wrote:As mentioned, BA chose to close TBK. IAG already use DUB, FCO and MAD for repainting so I guess it wasn't cost effective to have several different paint hangars.

Yes. Between 8 August 2013 and 29 March 2015 I can count as many as 15 single aisle BA Airbus aircraft that were returned to service after being repainted in the Union Flag Bright White Crest livery at MAD. But none since then. This may be because the MAD paint bay has been busy painting the new IB livery onto their own aircraft.
It looks as if 772 G-VIIC is currently in the paint shop at FCO. It arrived there on 19 May. Does anyone know who operates that shop?
Didn't know there was a special Mardi Gras aircraft. Thought that the only current special was 772 G-YMML. It is in the Shanghai Festival of Creativity livery. It returned to service on 27 February 2015 after being repainted in BA's LHR paint shop. Can anyone identify the Mardi Gras aircraft? Likely to be a 787-8 as that is the type that operates BA's MSY new flight.
