I've flown with them and highly recommend them. I try to fly with them if possible when traveling up to the Bay Area for business. Truly a great experience from the moment you step into their FBO terminals and in the air. I've heard other passengers flying them say things like 'After flying this I just can't see myself flying Southwest again!'. Yes it's such a pleasant experience! Feels like flying used to be during the jet set era. They offer a great product, but they are going head-to-head with SW on most of their routes and that is quite risky. It's just too hard to compete with SWA on all levels hence they failed the first time they tried flying BUR-SJC, which has since been resumed. They need to invest heavily on a sales strategy targeting corporate accounts and create more awareness in order to lure more of the high-end consumer away from SWA which offers so many options in terms of schedules and fares for business travel.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zjcwBQPf4nYI work in corporate aviation and I've recruited a few of their employees away to work for my company, which a global aviation powerhouse. JetSuiteX is a different company on paper from JetSuite. JetSuite, which is similar in business model to NetJets, is not profitable so they created JetSuiteX in the scheduled-private arena with investment from JetBlue to diversify their business model. I really wish them the best because they have a great product. Here is a great article describing this business.
http://www.travelweekly.com/Travel-News/Airline-News/Scheduled-air-chartersI've also had the pleasure of flying another company in the same niche based out of Cincinnati called Ultimate Air Shuttle. I highly recommend them as well. Great service, great people that work there, and just a wonderful experience. They have been around now for quite some time, but what differentiates them from JetSuiteX is that they fly out of Lunken airport that has no competing airline service and thus no competition from the likes of SWA at CVG. I flew with them from Atlanta's peachtree airport to Cleveland's city airport which is just 10 minutes from Downtown.
