No, the old predominantly blue one was only about a decade old, before that it was mostly gold for at least 20 years.

Seeing that the crashed 744 was a special livery, I don't see how that would have any influence

IIRC the LOT livery got a few subtle tweaks about 5-10 years back.
So I think the Korean Air scheme is the oldest one named here that's been consistently the same (if you disregard the Skyteam logos).
