Does anyone has the numbers of connection passengers of Europe Airports? Which are the biggest connection airlines?

The OAG numbers are better because they refer to the airports as a whole, not an individual airline's operation as in anna.aero's case.
It's strange that they consider SAW a European airport. IST is in Europe, but SAW is on the Asian side of the Bosphorus. I wonder which airport is actually in that place then. LGW? SVO?

For the four biggest EU hubs, the answer to your question is, based on 2016 data:
1. FRA = TOTAL PAX: 60.8 Million, of which 36.000.000 transfer pax or 60.6% of passengers are in transfer
2. AMS = TOTAL PAX: 63.6 Million, of which 24.036.333 transfer pax or 38% of passengers are in transfer
3. LHR = TOTAL PAX: 75.6 Million, of which 22.700.000 transfer pax or 30% of passengers are in transfer
4. CDG = TOTAL PAX: 65.9 Million, of which 11.556.405 transfer pax or 17% of passengers are transfer (incl. ORY transfer pax)
So one may conclude that the biggest transfer airlines are:
1. LH
2. KL
3. BA
4. AF
Naturally TK is up there as well, so are LX, OS, IB and TP

Almost every mid to large size airport is a hub for an airline.
