Based on what DL has said, NYC will be the first base, so I think CVG-LGA/JFK/EWR is pretty likely, plus there is word of a virtual DFW base, so CVG-DFW would make a lot of sense.
CVG-DCA/BOS/MSP/DTW/RSW/TPA already are on the 717, so that probably rules out those cities.
Possibly CVG-SLC/SEA/LAX/SFO in the future, but they will need a west coast base before these can happen. Based on the gate restrictions at SEA, seems like they will be waiting a little bit before adding the SEA base. Having 3x/day on SLC/LAX and 2x/day on SEA/SFO would be nice, but I think DL would rather take advantage of the 738/9 base at CVG instead.
