With the latest Boeing weekly update, there was only 1 777 ordered. Possibly UA? Wouldn't be much of a top up order that many suspect is 11.
What flt and date are you seeing this on?? Thanks
UAL.com often has a lot of weird quirks with fleet types on weekends during maintenance and schedule updates. Sometimes you can find them showing Dash 8s flying TATL and other nonsense.

Ex CZ N891UA test hop UA2187 16Jan LCQLCQ. Took 12 weeks, but making progress.

I believe there was an SFO-IAH flight recently. No paying passengers, but certainly UA pilots flying it.
There has been two flts, Dec 21st Pae to Sfo and then the Jan 14th Sfo to Iah. They were not flt for Pilots training but to get from Sfo Mx to Iah Mx.

No need. LAX is all 788 and 789 last I checked. DEN only has NRT which is 788. And IAD hasn't had a 744 flight in quite some time that I recall.

I know this is probably a stupid question, but do they need to measure the bird to see where it needs to be parked at the gates, or does the 773/W park in the same position as the 772? I'm thinking about whatever those yellow paint markers are on the apron that show where the nose landing gear should be parked.
Probably a dumb question, but I like looking at those sometimes to see some aircraft types measured that otherwise almost never seen at some airports. Things like A300/310s, 727s, DC-9s, etc. in places like DEN.

Even at its peak, I only recall maybe three or four UA 744 flights a day from IAD. I think it's probably pretty right-sized on most routes between the 763, 764, and 772. FRA needed the extra boost before, but with the A++ JV, UA/LH have the route adequately served. I would love to see UA 77Ws at IAD, but it just won't be a regular thing anytime soon.

I don't understand why they can't find a way to integrate Channel 9 into the PDE software. It'd be a nice add...

I decided to book flights to HKG in a few weeks to try to get at least one final United 747 flight incase I'm unable to get a ticket for part of it's goodbye tour.

Assume this is a proving route? Or is it a passenger flight?

Now UA2120 is scheduled today from ORD>EWR, and then was scheduled from EWR>SFO tomorrow which has now been cancelled, which is strange as it's scheduled to fly from SFO>NRT at 11.15am on Wednesday, so it still has to fly to SFO at some point!
