You missed the real gem there: Apparently Kalitta is launching the B764 P2F conversion program too! Investors really buy this?

How is Kalitta going to convince Delta and/or United to sell their 767-400s? Delta has 21 and United has 16. This is a total of 37 aircraft. :old:

They don't need to. There is another. The E-10 prototype...

Yeah that's the one with the Bahrain wing Like I said before so what's this gem you say I missed?

the pertinent bits of nonsense in bold.

the Company will lease a Boeing 767-400ER model aircraft from Kalitta. Such aircraft will be equipped for worldwide geographical operations. The Company will take delivery of the aircraft no later than July 30, 2017 for a term of 24 months unless Kalitta recalls the aircraft for conversion from passenger use to cargo.

Actually, they really do not want to start flight operations, because if they do, they would most likely go bankrupt within a few months, if not a few weeks. Best way to stay in business is keep the current scam going, until eventually all the money is used up.

What I have never understood: the company has had a DOT certificate on-and-off for over 20 years. Couldn't it wet-lease an airplane to determine if such service was viable? I think it would have saved a bunch of investor money.

That is because this really isn't a real company interested in actually starting service. At this point it is just a scam. Baltia/US Global is just doing the bare minimum to give off the appearance that they are legitimate and avoid a serious investigation into the company.[/quote]

Along with name change, lets wait on new stock ticker, website, logo etc..

I'll leave this here, it was posted in another Baltia/US Global thread. Interesting perspective and blunt honesty from Koulouris

Atrocious livery and logo... I will say, there does seem to be a lot more transparency in this go-around

Maybe if they fast track their application, they can celebrate the 50th anniversary of the company with their first flight :)

The best part is the "new" web site acts as if its a new start-up carrier, rather than an ongoing 20 year scam.

To be fair to them, for all intents and purposes it is. They completely cleaned house in 2016 and made big changes to their business plan.

"business plan"

Right... if it was anyone else I might be inclined to wait and see. But with an ongoing 20 year hoax, I have little reason not to be skeptical. Frankly if it was a new endeavor, they simply should have just cut all ties with anything "Baltia" related. I can't imagine they bring anything to the table that they would require for a legitimate start up airline.

Noticed the words "Emirates" and "subsidized" next to each other.

Does anybody know which tail number is being leased to Baltia? I'm assuming that it's going to be one of the 2 Pratt-powered ones that Connie has stored. (I would think the 3 GEs would be the first through conversion, and indeed of the 5 GEs he bought, 2 already have been converted.) 762CK just recently flew to MEX, I assume to be one of the first aircraft converted at IAI/Bedek's new conversion line at subcontractor Mexicana MRO. The Balita cheer site says it's the one being leased to Baltia and is going to be painted there, which seems highly-improbable to me.
